Red Cross Standard First Aid Course (2 Day)
Building from the Emergency First Aid Course, this course also covers Injuries to the Head and Spine, Musculoskeletal Injuries, Sudden Medical Conditions, Poisons, Substance Abuse and Misuse. This is a great course for active outdoor enthusiasts.
Wilderness First Aid (2 Day)
This 2 day first aid course is designed for those participating in activities where medical help is hours away. It is a standard first aid course held outdoors covering specific outdoor injuries and scenarios. Topics range from preparation and prevention to assessment and treatment.
Advanced Wilderness First Aid (4 Day)
This 4 day course is designed for expedition trippers. With medical help potentially days away, long term care is emphasized. It is an advanced first aid course held outdoors with long scenarios involving the stabilization, treatment and transportation of a patient. In addition to first aid, this course will address head/spinal injuries, medical conditions and search and rescue.
